OUTFOTO is committed to delivering your photography gear safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines all shipping methods, timelines, costs, and procedures to ensure a transparent and reliable experience for every order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. An order confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your shipment has been dispatched.
Note: During peak seasons (e.g., holiday periods, major product launches), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We will notify you via email if any delays are anticipated.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard free shipping is free on orders over USD $50.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Overnight and expedited orders must be placed before 11:00 AM EST to qualify for same-day dispatch.

Free standard shipping applies to orders shipping within the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges.
International Shipping
OUTFOTO ships to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
International Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country.

OUTFOTO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

All international orders are shipped with declared commercial value; we are unable to mark packages as "gifts" to circumvent customs regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Estimated delivery date
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the confirmation email is sent. You can also track your order anytime through your OUTFOTO account dashboard.

Carrier selection is at OUTFOTO's discretion based on delivery destination and service availability.
Packaging & Handling
All photography gear is packed with care using protective, industry-grade packaging materials to prevent transit damage. Fragile items such as lenses, filters, and optical accessories are double-boxed with foam padding where appropriate. OUTFOTO is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling by the carrier after dispatch, but will work with you to file a claim.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. OUTFOTO is not liable for delayed or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at sales@outfoto.com — we will attempt to make corrections before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once it has been dispatched.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

Check around your property and with neighbors.

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If the issue remains unresolved within 3 business days, contact OUTFOTO support at support@outfoto.com.
OUTFOTO will investigate and, where applicable, initiate a carrier claim.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:

Do not discard the original packaging.

Take photos of the damaged packaging and item(s).

Email sales@outfoto.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on product availability.
Returns & Exchanges
Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an OUTFOTO error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details.
Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season (November 15 – January 5), we strongly recommend placing orders early to account for increased carrier volumes and potential delays.
